Our services

Infrastructure costs too much.
Governance is invisible.
We fix both.

Every service Paringa delivers is designed around a specific, measurable commercial outcome. Not a project. Not a retainer. An outcome.

The Paringa model

One conversation.
Six specialist partners.
Zero coordination overhead.

Paringa acts as the single commercial and governance layer across all specialist partners. You deal with us. We deal with them. Your organisation gets enterprise-grade capability without the coordination cost of managing multiple vendors, contracts, and relationships simultaneously.

We are deliberately small. Every engagement is handled by the founders and senior team. No account managers. No handoffs. You speak to the people who actually understand the problem.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

What services does Paringa offer?

Five service lines: Infrastructure Cost Reduction (migrating Red Hat and VMware support contracts to SUSE, typically 40-60% cheaper with no infrastructure change), AI Governance & Security Platform (a 6-layer managed platform across AI discovery, identity, data privacy, policy, cost and deployment), Managed Cyber Security & Identity (MDR via vCyberiz, phishing-resistant MFA via Symania), Software Compliance as a Service (independent licence audit defence for enterprises, and revenue protection for software vendors), and Services as a Product — the way all of it is delivered, as composable blocks with a single control plane and evidence pack.

How does Paringa work with its specialist partners?

Paringa acts as the single commercial and governance layer across all specialist partners — vCyberiz, Symania, Skyflow, Atmoz, SUSE, and TruOffice. Clients deal with one relationship; Paringa deals with the partners, removing the coordination overhead of managing multiple vendors and contracts.

Does Paringa have a conflicting commercial relationship with the vendors it audits?

No. For Software Asset Management and audit defence work, Paringa has no conflicting vendor relationship with Red Hat, Microsoft, Oracle, or SAP. The only commercial interest is the client's — finding licence exposure before the vendor does, and closing it at the right commercial price.

Who typically engages Paringa first?

Most engagements start with the Infrastructure Cost Reduction service — CFOs, procurement heads, and CIOs facing an imminent Red Hat or VMware audit, renewal, or compliance event. From there, organisations often expand into AI governance, managed security, or SAM as the coordination benefits of a single relationship become clear.
